Rider sent to hospital after hit-and-run in Richmond County

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an accident with serious injuries involving a motorcycle.
The incident occurred on the 3700 block of Wheeler Road involving a motorcycle and another vehicle on Wednesday evening.
The driver of the motorcycle has been transported to a local hospital.
Man accused of sexually assaulting woman during seizure
An Augusta man has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman during a medical emergency, according to authorities.
The incident is being investigated as a hit-and-run accident.
The vehicle has been located, and the investigation continues.
