A third person has been indicted in connection with an Arizona clinic that's accused of offering full-body scans with “smart chip technology" that was fake. A federal grand jury in Philadelphia indicted Janmarie Lanzo, of Lake Havasu City, on a charge of conspiracy to defraud the Food and Drug istration on Thursday. The indictment claims Lanzo was a business associate of Mary and Fred Blakley and their Blakley Clinics in Arizona.

The state Legislature ed a bill that would ban anti-Semitic content in Arizona schools and now waits for action from Gov. Katie Hobbs. The measure prohibits teachers, principals, and s from teaching, instructing, or training students in any antisemitism or anti-Semitic conduct. Some educators believe the legislation, as written, weaponizes concerns about a real issue in antisemitism. Zach Prelutsky reports.
