Phoenix first responders are asking hikers to stay off the trails this weekend during the extreme, but if you must hike, do it in the early morning or evenings. Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak and a few trails on South Mountain will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. because of the hot weather.
